You may register to create a user account that allows you to receive information from us and/or participate in certain features on the Websites. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is current, complete and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining all connectivity, hardware and software needed for access to and use of the Websites.

4.1 Interactive Areas are available for individuals aged 13 years or older. By submitting User Content, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older and, if under 18, have obtained legal consent from your parent or guardian.

4.2 By submitting any content, you agree not to upload or transmit any material that:

• Violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including defamatory, harassing or threatening statements
• Is false, misleading or inaccurate
• Contains hate speech, bigotry, vulgarity or profanity

• Violates any law or advocates illegal or predatory acts

4.3 You agree not to represent or suggest the Company’s endorsement of your User Content.

4.4 You agree not to upload any content containing viruses or other harmful components.

4.6 You agree not to use automated systems to post User Content beyond what an individual could upload in a given period.

4.7 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove or edit User Content submitted by you.

4.8 We are not responsible for the accuracy or credibility of any User Content and take no liability for actions you may take as a result of reading it.

4.9 We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor User Content for compliance with these Terms.

4.10 By submitting User Content, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, distribute and otherwise exploit such content in any form or media.

A User may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met:

• Failure to reply to payment verification mail sent by the Company
• Failure to produce adequate documents during payment verification
• Misuse of another User’s phone or email
• Use of an invalid address, email or phone number
• Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used
• Returning the wrong product
• Refusing to pay for an order
• Involvement in snatch and run of any order
• Any activity conducted with the sole intention to cause loss to the Company
• Any User with a very high return rate
• Repeated requests for monetary compensation for fake or used orders

The Company may cancel any order classified as a ‘Bulk Order’ or ‘Fraud Order’ at any stage of delivery, including orders where products are not for self-consumption, multiple orders placed for the same product at the same address, or any order placed using a technological glitch or loophole.

Any claims regarding order delivery (including non-receipt or non-delivery) must be notified to the Company within 5 days from the alleged date of delivery as reflected on the portal. Non-notification within this period shall be construed as deemed delivery. The Company disclaims any liability for claims regarding non-delivery after 5 days from the alleged delivery date.

When accessing or using the Websites, you agree:

• Not to interfere with or disrupt the Websites or connected servers and networks
• Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Websites for commercial purposes
• Not to engage in any activity that would constitute a criminal offense or civil liability
• Not to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity
• Not to interfere with any other user’s right to privacy or harvest personally-identifiable information

All content on this Website including texts, graphics, images, trademarks, logos, software, video clips, audio clips, designs and artworks are proprietary property of the Company and protected under domestic and foreign intellectual property laws.

You may display, copy and download content from the Websites solely for personal and non-commercial use, provided that you do not remove any copyright notices, do not publish the content on any networked medium, and make no modifications to such content.

All prices displayed on the Website are for reference purposes and may change and/or differ depending upon the demography or region. All prices are subject to change without notice.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of the use of the Websites by you.

Any and all disputes, claims and controversies arising out of or in connection with your access to and use of the Websites shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Ahmedabad, India, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous written or oral agreements. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced with language reflecting the original purpose in a valid and enforceable manner.
