Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers at the store
- Assist customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, and website inquiries
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Coordinate order processing and customer communication
- Support live selling, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, or English
- Interest in fashion, sarees, or ethnic wear
- Basic understanding of social media and WhatsApp communication
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach
- Retail or sales experience preferred
