- Conduct a video call to inspect and validate the product.
- Receive the product.
We strongly advise checking and validating the product via online video conferencing. Due to the hand-woven nature of Patola silk sarees, there may be slight variations in color and design compared to the photos shown on our website due to technical reasons.
Refund and Return Policy
Once the product is dispatched, we do not offer refunds or returns.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
Out of Stock Orders Refund
If you place an order for an out-of-stock item, we will provide you with the delivery schedule within 48 hours. If the delivery schedule does not meet your expectations, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund in this case only.
Canceling an Order
Once you place an order, our team will attempt to deliver the product. Within 48 hours of order placement, our team will connect with you to validate the product before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
