Return & Refund Policy
Patola silk sarees are hand-woven and take time to craft. We highly recommend that you place your order after carefully reviewing all details. We suggest following this process:
- Review the product on our website.
- Place your order.
- Conduct a video call to inspect and validate the product.
- Receive the product.
We strongly advise checking and validating the product via online video conferencing. Due to the hand-woven nature of Patola silk sarees, there may be slight variations in color and design compared to the photos shown on our website.
Refund and Return Policy
Once the product is dispatched, we do not offer refunds or returns.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
Out of Stock Orders Refund
If you place an order for an out-of-stock item, we will provide you with the delivery schedule within 48 hours. If the delivery schedule does not meet your expectations, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund in this case only.
Canceling an Order
Once you place an order, our team will attempt to deliver the product. Within 48 hours of order placement, our team will connect with you to validate the product before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Color and Description Disclaimer
Patola silk sarees are hand-woven and not made by machines. Therefore, there may be variations in color and design. At virasatpatola.com, we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our items, slight differences may occur. These differences add to the charm of handmade products.
Please be aware that colors may appear differently on our website or your screen due to variations in lighting, cameras, or screen settings. Please consider these factors when placing an order.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
All products sold by Virasat Patola are authentic, handwoven Patola sarees and textiles crafted using traditional techniques. Each piece is made-to-order or produced in limited quantities with specific weave patterns, colours, and designs unique to the Patola craft tradition.
Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. As all Virasat Patola products are handcrafted to order with specific design and weave characteristics, they are exempt from the standard EU withdrawal right.
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described, please contact us at virasatpatola@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will assess each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.
